Controller of your personal data

The controller of your personal data collected by the Website (the entity which decides on the purposes and means of processing) is WL Development sp. z o.o., operating the Pirxey brand, with its registered seat at Aleja Grunwaldzka 472, 80-309 Gdańsk, Poland ("Controller", "We"). The purposes of the processing and legal basis

We process the personal data that we collect when you use the Website in order to:

answer your contact requests when you use the contact form on the Website, book a call through the calendar on the Website, or contact us using the contact details or messenger links provided on the Website; and, where your request concerns a possible engagement, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR),
send you occasional e-mails about our work and AI engineering, only if you have given your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
analyse the way the Website is used and improve its functioning (statistics cookies and product analytics, on the basis of your consent to cookies and our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR),
assist our marketing efforts, including measuring the effectiveness of our advertising, on the basis of your consent to marketing cookies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
establish, exercise or defend legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
fulfil our obligations resulting from the provisions of law and our other legitimate interests, such as keeping archives and back-ups (Article 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

The following personal data may be processed for the purposes indicated above: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, the content of your message, how you heard about us, whether you asked us to sign an NDA, whether you consented to marketing e-mails, the date and time of sending your request, your IP address, the page and campaign you came from (referrer and UTM parameters), the data you provide when booking a call, and data about your use of the Website.

Providing your personal data is voluntary. Without your name and e-mail address we will not be able to answer your request.

How long we will keep your data

Your personal data will be kept:

for the purpose of answering your contact request: from the day you submit it until it is answered or otherwise resolved, and afterwards in our customer relationship system for as long as we remain in contact about a possible or ongoing engagement,
for marketing e-mails: until you withdraw your consent or object,
for analytics and marketing cookies: for the lifetime of the respective cookie, as described in the cookie banner,
for all purposes serving our legitimate interests: from the day we gather your data until our legitimate interest is valid, but no longer than 6 years from the end of the year in which the data was gathered.

Data recipients

Your personal data may be transferred only to the data processors that we cooperate with on the basis of a contract or other legal act (such as providers of hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, analytics, IT, accounting or legal services), or to other recipients if we are ordered so by the provisions of law. In particular, we use the services of the following third parties.

HubSpot

Messages sent through the contact form are stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship management system we use for inbound requests, sales and customer service. HubSpot generally acts as our data processor. Your data is hosted in HubSpot's European data centre. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the entity processing this data on our behalf is HubSpot Ireland Limited (1 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland). Given that HubSpot, Inc., the parent company of HubSpot Ireland Limited, is based in the USA, your data may be accessed from outside the EEA; the legality of such transfers is ensured, among other things, by HubSpot, Inc.'s participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Calendly

Calls booked through the Website are scheduled with Calendly, provided by Calendly, LLC (271 17th St NW, Ste 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA), which acts as our data processor. The calendar loads only after you accept marketing cookies in the cookie banner or open Calendly in a new tab. Given that Calendly, LLC is based in the USA, your data may be stored outside the EEA; the legality of such transfers is ensured, among other things, by Calendly's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. PostHog

We use PostHog, a product analytics suite provided by PostHog, Inc. (2261 Market Street, #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), to understand how the Website is used and which contact options visitors choose. PostHog acts as our data processor on the basis of a data processing agreement, and our PostHog instance is hosted in the European Union. Google

We use tools provided by Google: Google Tag Manager, a tag management system that lets us deploy tags on the Website, and Google Analytics, a web analytics service that reports information about Website traffic. These tools are loaded only after you accept the respective cookies in the cookie banner. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the controller of your personal data transferred to Google is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Given that Google LLC is based in the USA, your data may be stored outside the EEA; the legality of such transfers is ensured, among other things, by Google LLC's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Cookiebot

We use Cookiebot, a consent management platform provided by Usercentrics A/S (Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark), to collect and manage your cookie preferences. Cookiebot stores your consent choice in a cookie and processes your anonymised IP address to prove that consent was given.

Cloudflare

The Website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the Website from abuse. Cloudflare acts as our data processor; the legality of transfers outside the EEA is ensured, among other things, by Cloudflare's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Links to third-party websites

The Website includes links to third-party websites and messenger services (such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram). When you visit those pages or contact us through those services, different rules apply to the processing of your personal data, and their operators act as independent controllers. We recommend that you read the privacy rules published by those operators.

Transfer of data to third countries

Your personal data may be transferred to entities outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the USA, with whom we cooperate. Whenever your personal data is transferred outside the EEA or to countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection, we will ensure that this is done on a valid legal basis, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, and with the safeguards required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to:

access your personal data, receive a copy of it, and obtain the rectification of inaccurate data, the deletion of your data or the restriction of its processing,
object to the processing of your personal data where the legal basis is our legitimate interest,
withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal,
receive the personal data you provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit it to another controller,
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), and to an effective judicial remedy.
